　　The Former Vice Minister of Ministry of Construction Zheng Yijun Visited

the Fabricated Residential Project of the Hanwa Community

　　In the morning of May 17, the former vice minister of Ministry of Construction Zheng Yijun, the former deputy mayor of Qingdao city Li Naisheng and the secretary general of the China Construction Industry Association Wu Tao and other leaders visited the fabricated residential project of the Hanwa community constructed by CNQC.

　　Leaders watched the propaganda video of “The Belt, The Road”, listened to the project department’s work report about the implementation conditions of the on-site engineering. Zheng Yijun praised the CNQC for the innovative development patterns of “The Belt, The Road” and he also affirmed CNQC’S performance in the aspect of the implementation and promotion of the fabricated project. Zheng Yijun pointed out that CNQC should march into the field of the fabricated project in a brave and innovative way, introduce the Group’s successful experiences in the field of foreign fabricated construction to China to make contributions to development of the domestic fabricated projects. Zheng Yijun also required the project department to actively learn national codes and standards related to the fabricated project and improve the management level of the project department by constant learning, researches and work summaries and cultivate a batch of brilliant new-type talents.

　　Zheng Yijun visited the on-site real object template and made communications focusing on some specific details and projects in the actual construction process on site. He also required the project department to pay close attention to controlling important construction nodes and construction technologies and to carry out more researches on technical subjects under the premise of guaranteeing the quality of construction based on his years of professional experiences.

　　The CNQC Project of Economically Affordable Housing for Farmers in Hanwa Community is located in the Hanwa Community, Jihongtan Sub-district, Chengyang District. This project is the first project which the CNQC explores in the aspect of the domestic prefabricated residential project. The total building area of this project is about 16 thousand m2, in which buildings 2 and 3 are the prefabricated residences and include eleven floors above the ground with the floors 3 and above adopting the structure of the integral-type fabricated reinforced concrete shear wall. The major prefabricated parts of the real balcony cover external wall panel, internal wall panel, PCF board, superimposed slab, balcony slab, air conditioning board, eaves board and elevator. All prefabricated parts are processed and manufactured in the mode of assembly line in the factory and the products having completed are directly delivered to construction site for assembly. According to calculation, the overall assembly rate of this project reaches up to 52% and the assembly rate of the standard floor is about 65%, so this project is the prefabricated residential project with the highest assembly rate in Qingdao.
