CNQC Won the Bid for the CCCC Project in Shunhe Area
and Jinan Binhe New Residence Project
On July 6, CNQC won the bids for CCCC project in the section of the No. 8 parcel in the Shunhe area and Jinan Binhe New Residence Public Rental Housing Project in succession.
The No. 8 parcel project in Shunhe area of CCCC is located in Jingdai Street, Jimo City. The total building area including 6 high buildings, marketplace and underground garage is 96 thousand square meters. The bid amount is 0.309 billion yuan.
For the Jinan Binhe New Residence Public Rental Housing Project, the total building area including 2 individual buildings with 25 floors and the underground garage with two floors is 45 thousand square meters and the bid amount is 0.128 billion yuan. This project adopts the fabricated concrete shear wall structure and the assembly rate is 82%, so it is the prefabricated residence project with the highest assembly rate in Jinan at present.
